The Texas Rural Water Association (TRWA) is pleased to release our newest asset and financial management tool to our Texas utilities, RevPlan. The idea behind RevPlan is to provide an online tool for small water utilities to achieve financial resiliency and to maintain their utility assets for long - term sustainability.RevPlan will assist users in identifying what they will need to fund over a 5 to 20 - year planning window.These include capital funding, operating costs, and debt repayment.RevPlan also allows the user to identify any rate adjustments necessary to meet the utility’s funding needs.

TRWA would like to give a special thanks to Florida Rural Water Association, Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) State Revolving Loan(SRF) program, and Raftelis Financial Consultants who partnered to create this online financial tracking and revenue sufficiency model.We anticipate this being a great resource to our utilities in Texas.
